I'm going to an Episcopal church, St Luke And The Epiphany, in center city Philadelphia (specifically, at 13th and Pine). They're very accepting of LGBT people, and moderately accepting of divergent theology, but I think unitarianism is a road too far for most of the folks there.
I've been at some services at Unitarian churches, and found them lacking - it's as if they're afraid to mention God. But it has been probably ten years since I last went, so maybe it's worth another shot.
